Ball Valve Lock Magnetic Lock
How to open a ball valve lock with a magnetic lock?
- Use the magnetic valve lock key: align the “C”-shaped mark on the key with the “C”-shaped mark on the valve, attach it, and then remove the lock.
- Place the key onto the knob, and it can be opened. With a magnet, slightly move it along the valve lock cover. Using a stethoscope, you can determine the position and number of magnetic points. Several magnetic points are set on the components connecting to the valve switch, and the special key (wrench) is also equipped with corresponding magnetic points. Only when the magnetic points of the wrench match those of the component can the valve be turned; otherwise, it cannot be opened.
- Since this lock valve is specially designed for heating pipelines, when indoor heating pipelines leak gas, people can quickly use a piece of hard metal to push the notch of the component to close it. After repair, it can be reopened with the special key. Therefore, the lock valve has a unique function: it can be closed but cannot be arbitrarily opened. It prevents foreign objects from blocking the lock, prevents technical unlocking, the key cannot be privately duplicated, and the security rate is as high as 1 in 100,000.

- The magnetic lock valve is a type of ball valve, which serves as a control component in a pipeline system that can quickly cut off or connect the flow of medium, while also providing a locking function. Its opening and closing part is a sphere, which achieves the purpose of opening and closing by rotating 90° around the axis of the valve stem. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, or change the flow direction of the medium. By preparing the corresponding number of magnets and simultaneously attracting the magnetic points, it can be opened.
- How to open a flat-slot copper ball valve lock?
- On the top, there is only a flat-slot groove. Once closed, it cannot be reopened. How to open it?
- If there is no magnetic cover, just use a slotted wrench. The size must fit the pipe fitting! Do not force it open destructively, otherwise additional costs may occur.
