Management System of Insulated Safety Padlocks
Insulated safety padlocks are a type of safety lock. Safety locks are generally divided into safety padlocks, electrical switch locks, electrical plug locks, circuit breaker locks, valve locks, and cable locks. In daily use, insulated safety padlocks are often used together with other types of safety locks. Insulated safety padlocks can also be used independently, while other safety locks cannot. Therefore, insulated safety padlocks are widely applied, and the market demand is high.
Due to their management function, one padlock may be configured with multiple keys. These keys are classified into different types according to their functions and authorization levels. Typically, these keys form the key management system of insulated safety padlocks:

- Individual Key Series: Each insulated safety padlock has a unique key, and locks cannot be opened with each other’s keys.
- Keyed Alike Series: All insulated safety padlocks within the same group can be opened with any one or several keys from the group. Multiple groups can be designated, but padlocks from different groups cannot be opened with each other’s keys.
- Different Master Key Series: Each insulated safety padlock in a group has its own unique key, and locks cannot be opened with one another’s keys. However, a master key can be used to open all padlocks in the group. Multiple groups can be defined, and master keys from different groups cannot open each other’s locks. A higher-level master key can also be designated to open all padlocks across groups.
- Same Master Key Series: This allows multiple groups of padlocks to be opened by the same master key. If required, a higher-level administrator can also be assigned with a universal master key that opens all padlocks under the same system.
